We can assist you with estimating and bidding, and help your company grow. We can supplement your estimating capacity when you are busy or have larger projects. We can estimate new trades that you may be less familiar with, so that you can expand your capability.

We perform estimating and take-offs for general contractors and subcontractors. We can do detailed estimates showing labor, material and equipment in Divisions 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 16 (Electrical - now Division 26).

We will use the wage rates and overhead appropriate to your business. No two estimates are exactly the same; we work with you to determine your strengths and concerns.

We also do overall estimating, covering the whole scope of construction, for Generals or CMs. This can assist in scoping and bidding a project.

We can include General Conditions - Division 1 - based on your expenses and the likely job schedule.

We also do CPM schedules when required. We use the industry standard Primavera software, which was developed for the engineering and construction industries.

We are involved in Green building and training. We understand the special needs of working on a LEED certified or other Green building project.. We are Green Advantage certified, for training construction workers & supervisors.
