Once again you pulled it off! I've attached the bid tabulation, as well as a bid summary. You'll want to look at the first section where I adjusted for the scope added after your estimate was completed. Those adjustments put your estimate within $33,000 or so of the base bid.

Thank you for your work on this project. The bids came in right on your numbers!!! We added some deduct alternates to get the project closer to $15M but we are a little over that number. The owner did not want to delete the skylight, veil, or other nice-nice items - or we would have been below $15M.
